Click on the above Podcast or link on Trump's Georgia Indictment and the Rule of Law from the Rule of Law Education Centre and make some notes. In particular consider some of the following questions, what does the indictment represent regarding:
- all people are equal before the law.
- the burden of proof.
- the right to a fair trial.
- the right to a timely hearing.

On your Coggle mindmap make connections to other examples that you may have seen of the rule of law being applied in practice. For example, above I have included the fact that Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's dogs Pistol and Boo were subject to Australian quarantine law. Showing no one is above the law. Can you think of any examples?
